Product Review Policy – tuya.eu
§1 General Provisions
- This policy sets out the rules for submitting product reviews on the online store tuya.eu, operated by Benetech Polska sp. z o.o., based in Kalisz, ul. Wrocławska 35–37, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland.
- Submitting a review constitutes acceptance of this policy.
§2 Who Can Submit a Review?
- Only individuals who have purchased a given product from tuya.eu are allowed to submit a review.
- To verify the purchase, the user may be asked to provide the order number or the email address used during the purchase.
§3 Review Guidelines
- Reviews must be honest, truthful, and must relate only to the reviewed product.
- It is prohibited to post:
- offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate content,
- content that is illegal or promotes hate speech or discrimination,
- personal data of third parties without their consent,
- links to external websites,
- advertising or spam content.
- Reviews should be between 10 and 1000 characters long.
- Users are required to rate the product using a star scale from 1 (poor quality) to 5 (excellent quality) and to provide a review title.
- The store reserves the right to edit (in terms of language correction) or reject any reviews that violate this policy.
§4 Review Publication
- The review will be published on the product page after being reviewed by a moderator – typically within 72 hours.
- The store may contact the author of the review to confirm the purchase or clarify the content of the review.
§5 Personal Data
- Personal data (e.g. name or nickname, email) provided when submitting a review will be processed in accordance with the tuya.eu Privacy Policy.
- The administrator of personal data is Benetech Polska sp. z o.o., based in Kalisz, ul. Wrocławska 35–37, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland.
§6 Final Provisions
- The store reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
- Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the provisions of Polish law.
