Costs and types of delivery
The maximum delivery time of our order is 24 hours. Orders placed by 3 pm on our website via Inpost courier are delivered the same day. Our goal is to release the goods for shipment in the shortest possible time, which is usually as soon as the order is confirmed. We make every effort to provide fast and efficient service to our customers.
Courier Services
Three courier services are available as part of the store's operations. Each of them delivers shipments quickly and efficiently. The aforementioned services include DPD, Inpost and Pocztex, their choice is left to you and your preferences. All courier services available in our store provide cash on delivery and prepaid payment options. The cost of the cash on delivery service (payment for the order to the courier to hand) is usually slightly more expensive, due to the cost of the collection service itself. Courier delivery usually reaches our customers within 24 hours of shipment.
Parcel Post
When placing an order with parcel machine pickup, be sure to read the terms and conditions of the service and the maximum weight of the shipment, which should not exceed 25 kg. Parcel machine service is available in Poland, based on the list of available (active at the time of placing the order) pick-up points. 90% of parcels carried out using this form of delivery reach our customers within one business day.
Personal collection
In our store, you can choose personal pickup as a form of delivery. This service is free of charge, and you must pick up your order at the collection point indicated below. Direct pickup is possible only after a Customer Service employee has confirmed readiness or a systemic change in the status of the order.

Available forms of payment
Cash on delivery
You can use this service for all courier companies, but it is not available for parcel service. Cash on delivery payment involves cash settlement with the courier, directly at the time of delivery. Please note that the courier will not release the package to you before the payment is made. It is good to have the exact amount sewn up, in accordance with the COD indicated on the waybill.
